Hello Subramani,
Test following the steps for converting the reports described in Converting reports from various versions of CrystalReports kb article.
Keep in mind, that converter does not guarantee a one-to-one conversion as some parts (items/sections) that have no analog on our end and vice versa.
In case, the issue persists please attach a report you want to convert in a support ticket so we can test it locally.
