Visual bug in removing contextual tabs

I had two contextual tabs on a ribbon. I removed them both via RibbonTabs property grid's ContextualTabs property. Only one was visually removed and the other still appeared. One or both of them had Tabs associated with them, but I am pretty sure I deleted the Tabs first.

Never mind on this. I'm not sure what happened, but this explanation is not correct.
