Is there a page or list i can access on this forum that shows all the posts that I have either started or posted on? Furthermore, is there a way I can "subscribe" to a thread so that I can get emails whenever there is activity on that thread?

Hello Jason,
You can easily monitor the forum posts you started or participated in after logging in your account on our site (see the enclosed screenshot for reference).
Additionally, note you have an option in our forums (which is checked by default when you start a new thread) to subscribe to forum threads and receive notifications via email when there are new posts in those threads. Hope this explanation is helpful.
