From the screenshots you provided it seems the loading time for the page is a bit more than 1 second, and the part of it for loading the Kendo UI scripts consumes around 200ms.
Am I missing something? Note that in order to optimize the loading time additionally, you can reference the individual scripts of the widgets you are going to use in your application as explained here.

on my page contains only two files js: kendo.all.min.js and kendo.aspnetmvc.min.js .
Where taken another file js, them very much so the server does a lot of queries to load the page.(screenshot №1)?
