I'm sure there's some deep hidden nested style somewhere to define vertical column lines, but damned if I can find it.  How do I get vertical lines between my columns?

Hi,

Vertical column lines presence depends on the theme used. Fiori, Material, Material Black, Nova and Office 365 themes do not have vertical lines by design. You may check all themes on the following Grid demo. You may customize a theme appearance and add borders, e.g. Fiori theme.

I am not currently, nor do I plan on using themes. Is there a CSS value I can override just to get vertical lines somewhere?

Not to mention the demo you linked to has nothing about themes on it.

Hello,

The demo has a theme chooser, which may be used for changing all Kendo UI themes - screenshot. It would allow you to check the design differences I mentioned in my previous reply.
