Hello, Nabil,
Regarding the different technologies:
1) Angular 2+ - The roadmap with all of the planned widget can be observed here(for now the Diagram is not planned):

2) React wrappers - This currently depends on the customer demand and the possibility of the jQuery Diagram to be successfully wrapped for React. We are planning to wrap as many widgets as possible for our R1 2018 release, but for now, we cannot confirm if the Diagram will be part of them.
3) Native React components - For our R1 release we have planned a key widget as the Grid and a couple of editors (DropDown, NumericTextBox etc.). Once the official release and site are available they should most probably have a roadmap section where the planned widgets can be observed similar to our Angular 2+ site.

Hello GK,
There aren't immediate plans for adding the Diagram to the Angular 2 suite. The Scheduler, Editor and TreeList have higher priority and will be added first according to the Roadmap. You can keep an eye on the roadmap to see when the Diagram is going to be added, as the ultimate goal is feature parity with the jQuery Kendo UI suite.
In the meantime, you can follow the instructions here to try and add the Kendo UI Diagram to your Angular 2 application:
