I am having problems understanding how to use this control. I have already created a form without it, but I can start all over, no problem. I just find it confusing how to lay it out. I have attached a screen shot of what I want in the layout control. Perhaps a short video demonstrating on how to partially construct this layout.

Using RadLayoutControl you can design and arrange your controls in complex layouts and it will automatically keep the layout consistent at run-time. I would highly recommend reading the following articles that would give a better understanding of the control:

Following the provided picture, I create a sample project and start from scratch to build your design in order to demonstrate how you can achieve it by using RadLayout control. You can find the project attached to this thread. Feel free to extend it and modify it in a way to fully achieve the desired look.
