Hi, I recently found out about the Form widget. I like the look-and-feel so far and tried to use it customized editortemplates loaded from gideditmode.popup with template name. The HTML rendered seems to be fine. I see data-bind attribute with correct binding but grid item data is not bound to the form.

Is my approach supported?

Hello Pascal,

I am afraid that currently such a scenario is not supported out-of-the-box. There is such feature request logged in our official Feedback Portal and you will find a link to it below:

I would suggest voting for it since the more votes a feature request gathers by the community the more likely it is to be implemented in a subsequent release
