URGENT !! DPI Settings Issue

Hi,
We are facing major problems using diffrent DPI settings.
In 96 DPI Setting:
   
 

same screen in 120 DPI setting:

Version: RadControlsWinforms_Q3_2007_SP1_dev.
Please suggest some solution to resolve this problem
