I just wanted to know what is the best way to update the TreeView with entirely new content. i.e. Refresh the list completely.

Hi Ujjwal,
Thank you for contacting us. It is OK to give RadTreeView different collections as ItemsSource. To improve performance and item generation, you can turn on RadTreeView's virtualization by setting the IsVirtualizing property to True.
