I am afraid this resource was provided by a private author and it is no longer available.

Most probably, it was Telerik UI for MVC for 2013.3.1119:
https://www.telerik.com/support/whats-new/aspnet-mvc/release-history/ui-for-asp-net-mvc-2013-31119

To get it, you can open your telerik.com Account page and download this .msi installer version:
https://www.telerik.com/account/downloads/product-download?product=KENDOUIMVC

You can also try to get the required .dll assemblies and files from your production and/or build servers.
