I've installed Telerik UI for Windows Universal and Telerik UI for Windows Phone 8.

I am creating a Windows 8.1 Universal Phone application but only some of the controls are appearing in the toolbox and the one I want "RadNumericBox" is not showing.

How do I get the controls to appear in the toobox so I can use them.

Hi Adrian,

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, the RadNumericBox control is available only in Windows 8.1 applications.

You can use the UI for Windows Phone 8 suite in Windows Phone 8/8.1 Silverlight applications. The UI for Windows Universal suite can be used to build the following applications:
  • Universal
  • Windows 8.1
  • Windows Phone 8.1
The UI for Windows Universal suite contains both universal controls and Windows 8.1 specific controls, that can not be used in phone applications. For more information you can see the product page UI for Windows Universal where all available controls and their target platform are listed.

I hope this helps. Please, let us know if you have further questions.
