I would like to create a new RadGridViewColumn similar to GridViewComboBoxColumn.
The new column should contains a TreeView inside the dropdown to show the ItemsSource in hierarchical mode.
Is it possible to obtain this? Can you post me an example?

Can you provide me with more details about your case? Why do you want to create a tree view column and why don't you use the standard combo box behavior?
You can also create a hierarchical view by using RowDetails. More information on RowDetails can be found in the following article in our online documentation. This would be the recommended way of creating hierarchical view, because containing a TreeView inside ComboBox column can lead to multiple performance problems.
