Hi,

Im using Kendo Tree view. Whenever Im trying to use Hierarchical data source in my tree view, my web view page comes up with an error that "Object doesnt support this action". Can U suggest any help or provide sample for this?

Hi Durga,

The Hierarchical data source was added in Kendo UI Q2 Official release and will not work with previous versions of the product - please make sure you use the 2012.2.710 version. Regarding the sample - you could check this online demo which illustrates a TreeView bound to Hierarchical data source.

Already i have implemented the same process but i am getting error like "Object doesnt support this action" i think hierarchical datasource is not defined so could you please let me know which version it is defined. is this error realted to version that i am using or anything else?

Hi Durga,

As I said in my previous post, the Hierarchical data source was added in Kendo UI Q2 Official release - please make sure you use the 2012.2.710 version. If the version is the correct one and the problem still persist, please provide a small but runnable project that reproduces the issue. This way I will be able to investigate the case and advice you further.
