Hi,

The Telerik HTML5 report viewer has tooltips in the Chart. This works fine in the viewer. After I export the report to PDF the tooltips are not displaying in the PDF document when I hoover my mouse. Is it possible to do? I am aware about the "ViewerRenderToolTips" but I have not found any example how to use it. Could you please help?

Thanks.

Hello Andrey,

I have looked into this and tried re-creating the issue in a report. I added a tooltip to a textbox, and added a graph that has the tooltip added by checking the checkbox in the graph-wizard. After setting 'ViewerRenderToolTips' to true in my REST Service and exporting to PDF, the textbox does have the tooltip included, while the chart does not. This is confirmed to be a bug.

I logged this issue in our Feedback Portal. It's available, and titled 'ToolTips not included in graphs when exporting to PDF'. I also added a vote on your behalf to increase its priority. As a token of gratitude for helping us improve our product, I have updated your Telerik Points.

I apologize for the inconvenience of this bug, and that I can not provide any work-around. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
