Tooltip position question

Hello

I have a two line tooltip that goes offscreen at the lower edge of a pie chart.

The padding documentation is a big obscure so i need just a bit of help with this.

Hi Razvan,

Unfortunately the chart doesn't support different tooltip positions but I will add this as a feature request in our internal system. If we receive more requests for the same functionality, we will schedule it for investigation.

Actually the tooltip in the mouseover position is required even for us. Especially in the bar charts.! The tooltip is getting displayed at the end.

I have the same problem, please contact me in case a fix comes out. (maybe a property "Position" so we could choose either it will be shown to the left or to the right.

Is there a UserVoice item for this already (I searched but didn't find one)? I would like to add my vote to this feature (tooltip positioning)

Our internal system and UserVoice are not a same thing. If you want you can add a item in UserVoice and vote for it.

Tooltip positioning is something we need, specifically when using a vertical bar chart we'd like the tool tip above the bar or cursor, not to the right of the bar.

This functionality is not supported but you can change the offset function with your custom position.
