Toolbar showing text not icons after latest update

I updated today to the new Q2 2013 service pack, now all editor windows show text rather then icons.

Hello Alan,

Please make sure that all required stylesheets are loaded and the browser is not using old cached versions of the CSS files. The version of the CSS and Javascript files must match.

If the problem persists, please send a runnable demo.

i am using the MVC wrappers, I have Visual Studio 2013, the telerik control panel does not install extensions in 2013  so i had to manualy update scripts and css. 
i am using the same bundles as i did before the update, is there anything new I should add to the bundles?

Hello Alan,

There is nothing new or different in the latest release with regard to installation or updating. The following instructions apply (and also the content of my previous reply):

You can try opening all JS and CSS files and make sure they are the same version (it is specified in a comment at the beginning of the file).

As I said, if you can't resolve the problem, please send the project for local inspection.
