i'm using telerik report Ver 

Telerik Reporting Q1 2016 SP1 (version 10.0.16.204)

all report give me 

Error loading the report viewer's templates. (Template = http://domain/APPLICATIONNAME/api/reports/resources/templates/telerikReportViewerTemplate-html).

and when i check telerik service by 

"http://domain/APPLICATIONNAME/api/reports"

"IReportServiceConfiguration.ClientSessionTimeout should have positive value."

Hi Ahmed,

It seems that the Reporting REST service is not configured correctly - make sure the steps provided in How To: Add Telerik Reporting REST Web API to Web Application help article are implemented and the requirements for Reporting REST service are met.

ClientSessionTimeout property (ReportsController) sets a value in minutes indicating how long a client(viewer) session will be preserved in the service storage after the last interaction initiated by this client. This value should be greater than 0.
