The height of grid gets shorter when initially render

Hi Team,

I am using the kendo grid of the UI for ASP.NET MVC, and the height of the grid gets shorter on initial render of the grid. Once I click on anyone of the columns of the grid, it gets to its actual height assigned in the grid.

Please find the attached screenshot and let me know if I am doing anything wrong.

As you can see, in the first screen shot, the grid is shorter, and in the second screenshot, the grid has its actual height.

I tried to reproduce the pointed faulty behavior.

Attached is a sample project with the behavior at my side represented.

The fastest route to getting you up and running is if you could provide a runnable, isolated, sample project. Examining this project will let us replicate the issue locally and further troubleshoot it. The sample project attached could be used as a template.
