The design for mobile angular version doesn't work correctly

I'm trying ModalView / AngularJS for mobile and i see the problem with design. There is a white line on the left and upper side. The problem is in all the types of devices. When i check it for basic usage it looks correctly.

The problem comes from margin that is set on the body, you can overwrite it easily like this:

Thanks for reply. Unfortunatly there are not so much information for angular&kendo ui developers. How can i open modal window on kendo with angular on init or onready. I'm trying to init it with $("#modalview-login").kendoMobileModalView("open") but get error.

How to load more items for a list view without button "load more" in mobile? I mean like in mobile application in facebook. When i get to the last item in a list view i get new portion of items?
If possible i would like to have a solution for angular.
