textArea Resize and Auto-Resize not functioning as expect after latest R1 2022

From what I can tell the textArea Resize and Auto-Resize not functioning as expect after latest R1 2022

• Resize is only working horizontally not vertically:
  https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/inputs/textarea/sizing/#toc-setting-the-resize-directions 
  - Opening demo in Stackblitz shows the same.
  - Unable to adjust container for height to show more content.
  
  
• Auto-resizing is clipping contents to only two rows:

We are aware of this issue and are working on fixing it.
