telerikReportViewer.js file not loading

Please refer the snapshot attached.

The telerikReportViewer.js file is not loading properly. I checked the path, its linked correctly (Refer Snapshot : telerikReportViewer1.png)

But still my reports are not loading properly.

It looks like its not about the file path, something else seems to be causing this error.

Please help.

Thank you for sharing information about the encountered troubles and you project. I have some suggestions for you that might help you resolve this issue and load the report.

The error that you encountered might appear when the report viewer and the reporting rest service/report server are not the same versions. Please check if all Telerik Reporting NuGet packages and occurrences in the project are from the same and latest version. You can use the Upgrade Wizard to update all Telerik Reporting references and make sure they are all the same (latest) version. Also, please, make sure that you have the Telerik Reporting NuGet packages in your feed. Further information can be found in How to add the Telerik private NuGet feed to Visual Studio.

In case the issue persists and you need further assistance, please share more information by following the steps below and provide additional resources for me to analyze.

• Install the Fiddler Jam extension.
• Generate a network log and share it with me.
• Send me a runnable project demonstrating the issue and I will investigate it locally.

Thank you for your response.

Once I upgraded to latest version of "telerikReportViewer.js" file the issue vanished.
Now things are looking great!.
