Telerik RichTextBox not displyed

I'm having a requirement to implement Telerik RadRichTextBox in my project. But while trying to implement, the textbox is not displaying. Please find the attached sample project for your reference. Can you please help me to resolve this issue? I've referred below link for the implementation.

I have examined your project and it does not have the correct references. The following article shows which references you need to add:  WPF RichTextBox | Getting Started | Telerik UI for WPF. 

In addition, if you are using NoXaml references you need to add a theme and then the resource dictionaries: Setting a Theme..
