Downloaded and installed Telerik Report Designer to do some assessment. I am trying to connect to Oracle database for the report I've been working with. But when I click "Test Connection", I encountered this issue.
I wan't to know what does this mean, and how to resolve this issue.
PS: Currently using the following:
Processor: Intel Core i7-6500U
OS: Win 10 Pro ver.1909 OS Build: 18363.657
64bit, x64-based processor

This problem usually occurs when the Standalone designer runs in 64-bit mode but uses an Oracle connection, which utilizes a 32-bit Oracle driver or vice versa. I will suggest a few things that might help:
The first thing to check is that the Oracle drivers for the correct platform (x86/x64) are installed. Check Should I use System.Data.OracleClient .NET data provider to retrieve data for reports from an Oracle database? KB article for details.
If the application is run in IIS, check the website's Application Pool settings. The Application Pool has a setting called Enable 32-bit applications, which, if set to true, will run the application in 32-bit mode.
