Working on upgrading to version 2019.1.115. On upgrade it appears that the Table Editor tool is functioning, but the quick select buttons are all disabled (see attached). This also appears to be the case in the demo version on https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-mvc/editor/all-tools (image also attached). Is there any way to fix this? Is it a known issue? Thanks!

The described behavior is related to a known issue with the Less-based themes. The issue is logged in the official Kendo UI GitHub repository and you can find additional information in item #4803. I am happy to let you know that the problem is fixed and the changes will be included in the next Service Pack(2019 R1 SP1) which is scheduled to be released at the end of this month.
May I ask you to elaborate on the exact Less theme that you are currently using, so that I am able to verify that the fix is working correctly with the exact theme?
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
This project is not using any CSS preprocessing, it is using the Fiori theme out of the box. Is this issue also present in non-LESS-based themes as well?
You are correct - the issue is present in all Less and Sass-based themes. The fix for the issue will be released with the upcoming Service Pack that is the scheduled for the end of this month.
We are also having the same issue where unable to choose Columns/rows by default.
May i check the fix has been released for this? Thank you.
I can confirm that the issue has been fixed and the changes are available in the latest Service Pack (2019.1.220). Refer to the following Dojo that uses the specified version of Kendo UI:
