svg() not reproducing all aspects of the chart

When I open the results of the output of the svg() method I only seem to get the bars on the chart and not the value axis.

Is there any way of including this along with the other chart graphics?

Unfortunately I am not able to reproduce this issue locally. Could you please send us a simple test project which reproduces the depicted issue? Thus I will be able to observe the problem and advice you further.
