Hi there,

I am a registered customer with 315 days of support left. However I cannot create support tickets at the moment due to the error message "Message cannot be empty" regardless of what I write into the message field!? Is this a known issue or am I missing something?

Hi Stefan,

You are the first to report such problem and I tried to reproduce it but everything worked as expected - I was able to submit a ticket from within your account (I deleted it after that). Could you please try again and if the problem persist, it would be best if you could send us a screencast that shows how to reproduce the error - you could use Jing for that purpose.
