Dear Telerik support team,

When i browse my site from my pc (dev) the reporting works great.
When i publish my page in the server, the subreport of one report does not have data. It's empty. (see attache image)

All reports (master & details) are located in a class, just like your example.
The dll file of the class and the files "Telerik.Reporting.dll" & "Telerik.ReportViewer.WebForms.dll" are imported to the Bin folder, in my site and published.

Can you please help me ASAP because i cannot view the report from the internet.

Thank you in advance for your time.

Best Regards,
George.

I found the problem.

The connection string of the subreport was wrong.

You just saved me from losing my mind. Did not realize about the app.config settings. Thanks a lot!

Hi Mari,

Please test to reconfigure the SubReport item's reportSource by selecting the 'Type name' option to specify the report. Then double-check if all reports' connection strings are copied in the viewer's project configuration file. Test also if any data for sub reports is retrieved.

in case of using the old ASP.NEt WebForms ReportViewer and out-proc session state mode settings, please check Design Considerations for Out-proc Session State.

in order to provide you more accurate suggestions, please open a support ticket and send us a demo project that reproduces the problem.

Regards,
Stef
