So, I have a report and a subreport in the same directory. The report runs fine from Report Designer when I click Preview, but when I run the report from within our application, I get an error:
An error has occurred while processing SubReport 'TestsSubReport':
Could not find file 'F:\MAJIQ\Elixir\ABCD\Install\Application\7.2.17221.02\COAReport (Tests Sub Report).trdp'."
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok, so I figured it out.
When setting the Report Source, you can't simply select the file. You need to enter the whole file path. I was selecting my file name and clicking OK. But I needed to select my file, and then paste in the file path.
The Select a file or enter a valid URL: field now looks like this:
F:\MAJIQ\Elixir\EPPB\Test\Elixir_work_ABCD_TEST\Telerik\COA Report (test)\COAReport (Tests Sub Report).trdp
