Sublimevide.net player no longer works

After the last update the sublimevideo.net player no longer works inside a div with data-role="view". It used to work with Q2 release.

Here is an example of the problem. http://www.grapto.com/mobile/publication/65/331?auto=false

There is a problem with the Play button. If i start the video using javascript then everything is ok.

Hi Fotis,

I've not been able to reproduce this issue on my end. Here's a JSBin of your site with Kendo UI Q2:

http://jsbin.com/oxoxes/3/ - This works, as you stated it did.

However, when I upgrade the exact same sample to Q3, it still works, which you can view here:

http://jsbin.com/oxoxes/4/

So I'm not sure what the issue is, but I don't believe it to be with the Kendo Q3 bits.

Hi Brandon,

I forgot to mention it, but you can reproduce it using a smart phone, iOS or Android. On the web using chrome there is no issue. Also if I put the video tag outside the view div everything works perfect.
It seems that after the update we have more issues with hyperlinks, if you check the following url on an iPad the links inside the list are not working, we are currently testing more devices and cases.

Sorry I didn't specify in my response as well, but I tested the JSBin links I posted on an iOS device, not just in the browser. Have you tested the links I provided?

I have tested the links with ios and i have to press the button at least 20 times to start playing the video. On the other link that i sent you http://www.grapto.com/mobile/publication/314 safari seems to start loading the new page but then it stops.

You mentioned that this issue isn't seen outside of the Mobile view, but it looks to me like it is. See: http://jsbin.com/oxoxes/6/edit. Do you have a sample you can post that shows what you're talking about with the video working outside of a Mobile view?

You can test the video working if you comment out the new kendo.mobile.application.

I have already contact with sublimevideo.net developers and they told me that the button is a div with an onclick attached event, after checking some other posts, the latest version of kendoui mobile seems to have issues with the onclick jquery method. http://www.kendoui.com/forums/mobile/general-discussions/jquery-click-broken-in-1114.aspx#2396653

Maybe this is the same case.
