Thank you for writing. You could use the static method SetThemeName defined in the RadMessageBox class in order to apply a theme on RadMessageBox. Take a look at the code snippet below that demonstrates how to achieve this:

You can customize an existing theme or create a new one using the Visual Style Builder. Here is a webinar which will help you get familiar with this tool quicker.
