You can check this help topic. Generally, you can use the same approach. You need to provide the Height and Width properties in the Bar template and also set the RadiusX and RadiusY to 0. You may also provide your own Fill, Stroke and StrokeThickness or if you want to use the default ones -- set ItemStyle to "{TemplateBinding ItemStyle}".
