Does Telerik have a list of steps or a tool to convert from SIlverlight based Telerik to Kendo UI? We use a hybrid MVVM pattern with Silverlight Telerik tools and want to move away from it and toward HTML5. We will using this with SharePoint 2010. Any ideas or suggestions??

Hello Brian,
No, we don't have such instructions because both technologies are substantially different in terms of programming concepts and language conventions.
What I can suggest you is examine the Kendo UI supporting materials here and undertake your migration based on the information there.
