SQL Cache is not working

Hi Team,

We are using Telerik reports for generating reports. We have template and data. We were using Telerik Reporting version 11.2 for FileStorage cache. We upgraded the version to 11.6 with SQL server cache. With the latest version, we can see the tempate but not data in the report.

Please let me know for any further details.

Hello Nagendra,

We have discussed this in a separate ticket but since this thread also exists, I may as well explain it here shortly so that the knowledge is available to the public.

The problem was not related to the type of Storage being used to store the reports.

Whenever there are issues with the report data and the report uses report events, it is most of the time related to the report events code not being updated for the newer version, this is explained in detail in the Changes on items in report events are not applied KB article
