This problem is happening to me, please can you fix this.

Thank you for writing.
Currently, RadSplitConatiner does not support Right to Left functionality. However, it is definitely our TODO list. We already have a similar request logged in our feedback portal. You can track its progress, subscribe status changes and add your vote/comment to it on the following link - feedback item.
