Specifying minLength = 0 prevents dropping down on mouse click

    The documentation specifies that minLength defaults to 0. However behavior of MultiSelect changes when minLength is explicitly set to 0. Clicking on the MultiSelect with the mouse no longer opens the list of values to select. See http://dojo.telerik.com/AWutut
