We tried creating a CrossTab with your data and it works as expected on our end. Sample report and video with our observations are attached.

looks good on your video. can't see any difference in the report. I'll keep looking. Perhaps I should upgrade to Q1 2011? I'm using

Hi Jonathan,
This functionality is not related to the product version and just to be on the safe side, I tried it with Q3 where it works as expected as well. You can use the sample report I've sent on your end to verify this.
