Sorting expression is not working in crosstab header

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have created a cross tab report with a few columns as attached image. But, we I set sorting expression to cross tab header to order columns it seems does not working.

 

Column values -> 1,4,5,6,M,S,9,5.6

We have to order this column like  -> 1,4,5.5.6,6,9,M,S

Hi Hudson,

A possible reason for the column title sorting expression not to work could be the area in the Telerik Reporting CrossTab where it has been set. In order to apply a sorting action to column headers (that are in Column Groups Area), it is necessary to set the sorting expression of an element in the Corner Area of the CrossTab that acts as a group explorer for the column groups.
For you convenience I have attached a sample report with a simple sorting expression.

I hope this information would be helpful. If the problem persists, I would ask you to send us a report that reproduces the problem, so that we could investigate it further.

Thank you for your reply and as data is generated dynamically and herewith attached report for your reference, and i could not see the any place to set column header sorting expression.

Hi Hudson,

I would ask you to open a Support Ticket and send the report with it. Note that from the Forum it is possible to attach only pictures, so I haven't received the report.
