How can I sort  the rows of the a grid
except of the first row

Hello Orit,

Unfortunately RadGridView will always sort all rows. To be able to implement the sorting behavior that you have described you should implement a custom sorting algorithm. Could you please take a look at this help topic which describes how you can trigger your own sorting logic.
