Hello,
Could you please provide a video demonstrating the described behavior? We tested the same but was unable to reproduce the mentioned. Maybe there is something specific that we are not doing well.

Hi,
We have noticed if the user starts moving the row (after long press) vertically it doesn't do anything. The user has to move the row horizontally to activate the drag state and then it works fine. If the user starts moving the row vertically it starts scrolling the grid instead of dragging the row.
Hi,
We are still experiencing difficulties reproducing the problem on hand. Could you please elaborate on what browser(and browser version) is being used for testing?

Hi,
After some additional testing we were able to reproduce the problem. I have logged it into our system and you can monitor our progress from here. As a token of gratitude for reporting this to us I have updated your account points.

I have seen the email with the message "Kendo UI and Test Studio R3 2022 release is live today". Is the fix for this issue part of the new release?
Hello,
I am sorry to say but we were not able to include a fix for the issue in the latest release. The item is still opened, we will do our best to resolve best to provide a fix as soon as possible. However I can not provide a certain time frame in which this will be achieved.
