something is wrong

when i create a new project in visual studio 2012 update 3:
i got some messaje errors, all the details are in the attached images


this is the content of the message textbox

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

This issue is experienced when working with a temporary solution. Could you confirm that Save projects when created option is checked (Tools | Options | Projects and Solutions | Save projects when created)?

The problem may also be related to 'Add referenced assemblies to solution' option in our extensions. Please create a new project with the option unchecked just to ensure that this is not the problem.

Please let me know if one of the reasons above is the case.
