We(my enterprise) are using TFS since several years mostly for source code versionning.
We are now starting to use it for project management, with bugs and tasks.
I'm looking for a good tools which allows me to manage/assign tasks to my team members. I know basics functionality of agile developement but I'm not an expert :(.
I installed on one of our test server the trial version of teampulse, but I've some questions:
- Where can I create "tasks"? I've created a project based on Microsoft Agile, we have tasks into it. But in your interface, where can I create them? I saw that I can create "Tasks" as a sub-item of a bug, but often when we create a project, we do not have bugs, but tasks to accomplish.
- Can we deactivate some "zone" ? For now we don't use personas/risks
- Is there an interface that we can give to our customer to reports bugs? It has to have the simpliest interface
- What is the quickiest way you provides for developer to indicate that a bug or a task is in progress/done?
