Are you planning to support sliders and pickers in KendUI Mobile anytime soon? Is there any workaround or any good third party widget you use to add a slider range? I tried with <input type="number">, but it's ugly.

I am afraid both of the features are not in our immediate plans, however we keep these ideas in mind for future releases. Actually both of the suggestions are already submitted as feature requests at our UserVoice portal so if you wish you may cast a vote, leave a comment or monitor the community's interest in them:
The more votes a suggestion collects, the higher priority will have.
Meanwhile, you may consider using Kendo UI Web Slider and DatePicker / DateTimePicker in a mobile application, however please have in mind the aforementioned widgets will not receive any specific mobile styling.
