HI,

I am having this strange problem with the silvelight report viewer. I've created a report with an graph on the header part, you can see the designer preview in the attached image (designer_preview.png). When I open it up on the viewer it does not show the graph (view.png). Noe the weird part is that if I go and export the file into pdf the graph shows again (export.png).

Any ideeas ?

Thank you,

Hello Calin,

Most likely the problem is that you're missing the resources endpoint and charts are streamed through the resources as they are images. For more information on setting up the Telerik Reporting service, please refer to the Hosting WCF Service in IIS help article.
Of course this could be caused by how you bind the chart and whether it is initially hidden, but we can only guess without a sample project we could run on our end.

Kind regards,
Steve

Hi,

We have the same issue and we have also set up the end point for "resources" correct but still not able to see images, graphs in browser.
We had created a seperate WCF service and followed all the steps mentioned by you to create the WCF service. Service works totally fine but we got stuck at images and graphs issues.

BTW:We do see all those images when we export into PDF etc...

Thanks,
Josh
