Hi,

Are we able to use the Silverlight Viewer to view SSRS reports?  So does your XAML or XPS extension work in SSRS?

Or could I import SSRS reports into your reporting product?  Our reports are complex and we have data extensions that call to custom data sources?

Many thanks for your help.

Zack

Hi Zack,

The Telerik ReportViewers have been created with the sole purpose of being able to display Telerik Reports. They cannot display other company’s reports and displaying something else than a report either.
RDL/RDLC format differs a lot from the Telerik reports. Telerik report is divided into sections from different types and every section type has its specific meaning. In the opposite the RDL format doesn't define such sections but uses other data aware elements - List, Table, etc.

At the moment these differences plus other pending issues prevent us from specifying a precise release date for converter from SSRS.

Kind regards,
Steve
