hi!!

My question is if is possible your controls like form can have or support shadows around form bounds?

Technically it is achievable, but currently we do not support such functionality.

Hi,

Do you have any code to add Shadow on a ShapedForm?
We would like to have the same effect that you can see in the attached file.

Hi Claude,

Thanks for your question.

The shadow you see on the screenshot is generated by the Desktop Window Manager as of Windows Vista. This shadow appears only when certain styles of the form are present which is not the case with ShapedForm. In ShapedForm we remove the sizing frame, as well as the caption which causes the Operating System to automatically remove this shadow. So, basically we do not support shadows in ShapedForm.
