It is possible to have multiple MultiSelect widgets on one page. Note that it is suggested to avoid initializing several different Kendo UI widgets from the same DOM element. Duplicate initialization might lead to undesired side effects. In addition, it is recommended to initialize the Kendo UI widgets from HTML elements which are part of the DOM tree. Creating widgets from document fragments might cause undesired side effects or lead to JavaScript errors. I would suggest checking the Getting Started section on working with widgets for additional details.
Finally, you can check the Demo for the MultiSelect widget, demonstrating the use of two MultiSelect widgets on the same page.
