Set the max height of the row

Hi,
   I have a gridview with a column bound with DataMemberBinding and the content is string.
In the string, this is when a carriage return, the row height changes.
I want to keep it fixed, how can you do?

I've tried to set RowHeight="20" but doesn't work...
