Hi rui,
If I understand you correctly you want to prevent dragging outside of the diagram's viewport (the visible render surface). Am I right? If so, you can take a look at the CustomServices SDK example which demonstrates how you can restrict the dragging to specified bounds. Basically, you can create a custom dragging service and override its drag events.
