Self-referencing hierarchy sluggish perfomance

Hi, i have a self-referencing hierarchy grid with 1000 rows and 14 columns and the vertical scrolling is very, very poor. I have tried the app.mda.exe.config solution i have read in this forum but no sense.
Any help?

Thank you for contacting us.

We aware of a performance issue when using a large number of rows in self-reference mode. I added this as a public issue in our issue tracking system. This way you will be able to track the issue status. We will work in future to improve RadGridView behavior in this scenario. Currently, this task is not scheduled and I cannot give you a time frame when it will be addressed. I updated your Telerik points accordingly.
